Here are links to the various parts of the system in their Proof of Concept form.
- The Patient Consent Management Cothority: A Cothority (a collective authority) of servers. The server names are representative, during the proof of concept phase, all servers are operated by the DEDIS Lab at EPFL.
- Patient Data Manager: Data is encrypted and the encryption key is entrusted into the Cothority.
- Cohort Discovery: Using this tool researchers can discover and create cohorts, and then invite these patients to consent to sharing their data.
The following other components of the proof of concept are still under construction:
- The DIDComm mediator
- The end user mobile app (React Native for Android and iOS)
- The post-consent data delivery workflow
Note: No real human/patient data is present the proof of concept system. No real personal medical data will be entrusted to any production instances of the system until it has received a review from competent ethical review boards.
